Forms and Registration Checklist

To Do Before the First Day of School

Before you arrive to Mills on the first day of school, make sure you do the following: 

• Register for Free/Reduced lunch:  Food is free at Mills for all students, registering for Free/Reduced Lunch will qualify you for fee waivers for SAT and AP exams.
  
  
• Order school photos from Lifetouch: See Mills website for link. School pictures will occur during the first week of school–Wednesday, August 16th for 9th graders during orientation,Thursday, August 17th for 10th graders, Friday August 18th for 11th graders and August 21st for 12th graders.
  
  
• New Families Register for a Canvas and Aeries Observer Account: See instructions on our website. If you need support, please contact Helena Aredo from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., M-Fr, at haredo_sub@smuhsd.org or 650-533-0792. 

• Mills High School Signature Page: Fill out and Electronically sign the Signature Form confirming you’ve read this handbook and specific policies. Electronically turn this in prior to the first day of school, August 10.
