Hello Everyone:
I am Mr. Alex Lira and 2024-2025 will mark my 11th year at Mills High School!
This year, I am currently teaching Modern World History 1 & 2, AP Government, AP Macroeconomics and Law and Society.
I previously have taught U.S. History 1 & 2 and Ethnic/Gender Studies.
Before I started teaching, I worked at St. Francis High School, the Fremont Union High School District and the Palo Alto Unified School District.
I am a college alumni of Chico State and a high school alum of St. Francis High School in Mountain View.
I am a fan of John Williams, Superman (1978) and everything Apple.
When not at school, I am home taking care of my 17-year old senior dog.
