I used to be a scientist working on cancer therapeutic development in biotech companies. Now I teach biotechnology, a biological tool kit for scientists to solve problems and generate better life experiences for us. From high yield crops, to environmentally sustainable materials, to drugs that extend patients’ survival rate, we see biotechnology everywhere, especially here in bay area. I enjoy helping students find their passion in the technology side of bioscience and explore potential opportunity to be developed and grow into the next generation workforce and leaders in this promising industry.
