Save the Dates: Financial Aid Workshops in January and February 2025

SMUHSD will be hosting financial aid workshops at multiple school sites in January and February for 12th graders and their families to get hands-on assistance with completing the FAFSA and California Dream Act applications.

Remember: It is a graduation requirement to file for financial aid!

January 22, 6- 8 p.m. at San Mateo High School

January 30, 6 - 8 p.m. at Aragon High School

February 5, 6 - 8 p.m. at Burlingame High School

February 15, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Mills High School

February 22, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Capuchino High School

February 24, 6 - 8 p.m. at Hillsdale High School

SMUHSD students can attend any workshop regardless of what school they attend.

New Volunteer Clearance Process

Balancing the ease of volunteer clearance while safeguarding our students is our primary goal. Our new four-tier volunteer clearance process should minimize volunteer confusion, centralize the process, provide transparency, and ensure volunteers meet the proper level of clearance. Volunteers will be reimbursed for any expenses related to Livescan fingerprinting and supervision certification.
